LAST ORDERS

Order for Monday, cut off is 5pm Sunday Order for Tuesday, cut off is 5pm Monday Order for Wednesday, cut off is 5pm Tuesday Order for Thursday, cut off is 5pm Wednesday Order for Friday, cut off is 5pm Thursday Order for 

Requests sent after business hours will be reviewed the following morning.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order is placed, Koguma receives an email notification. A team member from Koguma will then accept your order and notify you via email or phone. At this stage you will be notified if any further delivery charges apply. Only once you have this notification is your order confirmed. Payment will be processed when your order is confirmed.

ARE TRACKING NUMBER ISSUED?

HOW CAN I REVIEW MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming details of your order. Alternatively, you can login into your account to see the order history, call our office on 1300 078 888 or email us to kellow@koguma.com,au

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements as we cannot guarantee items to be free from cross contamination. 

Koguma will accommodate dietary requirements when provided specific indication or need but cannot guarantee these to be free from cross contamination, this needs to be considered at the time of ordering.   We request that all dietary requirements are to be provided in writing prior to delivery but please note, these are not confirmed until Koguma has accepted that it can be accommodated. 

DELIVERY 

Where the delivery of your order is not made (for any reason, including the wrong delivery address provided by you) then we may offer a redelivery of the order or refund the amount paid by you for the order. Where a refund is provided, then you accept that we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover our reasonable costs in returning the order to our storage facility.

DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

 Orders require 100%payment. Koguma reserves the right to put companies or individuals on credit hold for outstanding invoices. Corporate accounts available. Should catering be cancelled, the following conditions apply:

· Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded.

· All cancellation requests for Monday orders must be received no later than 12pm the Friday prior.

DELIVERY TIMES

· Monday to Friday: 7am-6pm

· Saturday: 7am-4pm

· Sunday: 7am-2pm

· Public Holidays: On request

MINIMUM ORDERS

· Monday-Sunday: From $90 inc GST

· Public Holidays: On request

DELIVERY & FEES

Koguma deliveries are available to all the locations stated in the delivery information page.

Please note we do not allow pick-ups from our kitchen.

PRICE VARIATIONS

Price Variations: Every endeavour will be made to maintain prices as stated; however, these are subject to change due to seasonal availability of products. Prices quoted exclude GST.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF CATERING PROJECT

If Koguma is unable to provide the facilities or any other arrangements for your delivery or event or any part thereof, or to otherwise perform the terms of this agreement and Koguma failure is due to circumstances beyond its decision or control, Koguma is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.

TERMINATION

Koguma reserves the right to cancel a delivery or event if:

· The proposed venue or any part of the venue is closed due to circumstances outside Koguma's s control.

· The client/hirer becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership.

· The event might prejudice the reputation of Kogumat.

· The deposit and final payment have not been paid by the due dates.

· The client/hirer does not comply with any of the terms and conditions set by Koguma

CATERING PROJECT WAIVERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR:

Koguma is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss to any goods that may occur in any public areas.

Transfers to and from the event location that are contracted by any companies that are not owned or are subsidiaries of Koguma.

Koguma is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.

CONSENT, GOVERNMENT TAXES, CHARGES OR LEVIES

Rates / Prices are subject to change without notice due to the imposition of Government taxes, charges or levies.

JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions and any contract to which they apply shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales.
