The Blue Tree has the same mousse composition as the Pink Tree.

White chocolate with Oreo, milk chocolate with Tim Tams, dark chocolate with rice crackers on a dacquoise base, finished in a cool blue velvet exterior instead.

If the Pink Tree reads warm and celebratory, the Blue Tree is cooler, a bit more understated. Both are set in a white chocolate shell. Designed for visual impact, making it suitable for celebrations and event tables where presentation is a focus.
