The Cookie Cake is moulded to look like a giant sandwich biscuit with a textured shell, round form, and cream centre.

Inside that white chocolate cookie shell is pistachio mousse and hazelnut mousse on a pistachio sponge base, with vanilla frosting through the middle. Contains pistachio and hazelnut. 

Suitable for occasions where both design and portioning are required.
