The Snowflake is a single-flavour mousse cake. It is a milk chocolate mousse on a hazelnut brownie sponge base, filled with hazelnut praline.

The praline sits in the centre and gives you a bit of crunch against the soft mousse. The brownie base is dense without being heavy. The whole cake is coated in a chocolate velveteen finish and set in a detailed snowflake mould. It contains hazelnut throughout, so not suitable if you have a nut allergy.

Suitable for seasonal events or styled dessert tables.
